METHODOLOGY 

The Gabanja International Volunteer program (GIVP) inc. Will develop programs and projects that geared towards alleviating human suffering its will seek founding from national and international partners in the implementation of those projects. 

(GIVP) will also collects dues from its membership organize public discussion reallies and carrey out other fund raising activities in support of its program and projects. (GIVP) will collaborate with national and international organization whose activities are geared towards its vision and mission. 

HEALTH

The health needs of every person as well as the general public are very critical. GIVP will do a Comprehensive health survey in the areas of water and sanitation in collaboration with health authorities to determine the extents infections disease such as typhoid, tuberculosis, whooping cough,  malaria, cholera and diseases.  Result of these survey will be provided to national and international partners. GIVP will help facilitate the provision of training of health workers through scholarship and workers,  aimed at developing an effective and efficient health system in Liberia. Gabanja international Volunteer program will also run an ambulance service program aimed at delivering sick people nearly hospitals and clinics. GIVP will further seek for and provide medical supplies and equipment to government owned clinics and hospitals as a support to the health care delivery sectors of Liberia. 

EDUCATION & TRAINING 

Education is essential to the development of the person and the nation. GIVP will exert effort in ensuring that person with disabilities men,  women, and children who have the desire to learn, but are less fortunate have the means to do so. The Gabanja international Volunteer program (GIVP) inc.  Will raise money among its member's,  conduct public rallies and negotiate for assistance from its national and international partners philanthropic institutions and individuals for the provision for education supplies and materials to school and children in Liberia. Gabanja international Volunteer program will also provide education and training for disable,  young girls, men, women, children academic vocational and skills training in diverse fields including civic and culture education,  Climate change and the environment,  communities development, social networthy, communication techniques, peace building trauma healing and counselling through scholarship and workshops and others educational programs. Education sector. GIVP will facilitate training for teachers. So as to increase the number of qualify teachers in the world. The organization will also provide school feeding to primary schools across the world, aimed at maintaining  the kids in school. Gabanja international Volunteer program will established person with disabilities national center for achievement across the world which will be used as vehicle for the education of women, girls, boys and men as well as the exchange of international development ideas and agenda for person with disabilities transformation, culture and cultural education as also key in the development of any nation. GIVP will provide civic and culture education to the world, through a platform co - name Gabanja international Volunteer program forum, a platform for the exchange of international development ideas, Agenda for transformation so as to build the consciousness of people in the development of their country. 

AGRICULTURE 

Agriculture is the major source of human growth and survivor to keep people developmental wheel turning, the agriculture sector need to be develop on a commercial scale, so as to produce more food to feed the people in the nation and improved economy. GIVP will engage in massive agriculture activities,  including support to small scales farmers who are involved in commercial food production. For people who are involved with agriculture activities to be sustained,  GIVP will encourage to them to organize or joint cooperative to attract donors support. 

ADVOCACY AND PEACE BUILDING 

Gender Equality and women empowerment are indispensable for development for poverty reduction in Liberia. Given the central role that woman and girls play in the development of the world,  Gabanja will advocate for the fostering of policies that will promote gender mainstreaming,  such as :

• The elimination of discriminatory labor practices. 
• Property ownership 
• Traditional practices which limits access to education for girls. 
• Empowerment and access to business opportunities. 
• Prevention of teenage pregnancy. 
• Reduction of infant maternal mortality in the world. 
• Advocate for the institution of measure that will eliminate gender - based violence. 
• Reduce the cause of the gap in women access to human development. 
• Advocate for greater public discipline at all levels in the world to end lawlessness and its impunity. 
• Promote Credibility, Commitment, honesty, transparency and accountability in the conduct of public offices. 

To achieve the above, (GIVP) will set up community base male and female information team (MFIT)  will be involved with information and dissemination on Gender and health issues. 

Violence against women and children in an communities and work places (MFIT) will also alert GIVP on issues that CV concerned both men and women across the world. Gabanja will provide civic education and legal services for children, the under privileged and disadvantage to proven violation of their rights and to legally assist those who rights may have been abuse. Gabanja will also advocate for shelter and safe accommodation for needed girls, women, and children made orphans by the dealy Ebola virus disease and Corona virus and other prevailing circumstances, include the physically challenge,  visually impaired person and old folks, and to insure that they are in safe homes, receiving foods, education, training medical services, and protection against all forms of violence. 

PEACE BUILDING 

Peace building is very critical in the development of Africa. To sustain the peace in post- war in Africa, Gabanja will put in place early warning post - conflict reconstruction mechanisms such as :

• Building partnership for information sharing advocacy and campaigning on confliction prevention and resolution. 
• Support processes and policies reform to stop the importation, circulation and usage of small arms in their country. 
• Building the capacitive of women for conflicts resolution and training on conflict management skills. 

The women of Liberia will take advantage of their enhanced role during the country  fourteen years civic conflicts and will use this leverage to campaign and advocate the sustain the peace in Liberia. 

WHAT  IS (GIVP's)  ECONOMY AGENDA? 

Gabanja economy agenda is to defend, protect and promote the world women business through Advocacy and legislation, and will provide training for them through mentorship and workshop the organization will facilitate the provision of business loans to women in business entrepreneurs and other small skill business, such as petty trader. The objective is to build their technical  capacitive in the management of their businesses, and further increase their productive,  so that women engaged in business will increase their participation in the Liberia economy with the objective of reducing poverty in Liberia. To achieve the above,  Gabanja will encourage women in the world to join the cooperative and negotiate for the needed support. 

WHAT IS GABANJA SOCIAL AGENDA? 

It is usually said that "Work with out play,  make jack a dull boy " The (GIVP)  inc. Under its social and athletic program will encourage recreation activities for male and female as well as the general public. (GIVP) will advocate for the establishment of the recreation part in communities for the happiness of the African children and contribute to the development of Music, Dance, and support in Africa as part of its social responsibilities to achieve the above. Gabanja will facilitate the provision of training for people involved in sports and music through scholarship and workshop, Gabanja will also support sports clubs and every levels of the African supporting community. 

ANY NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION OR GROUP THAT IS AN AFFILIATE  OF GABANJA MEMBERSHIP ARE  AUTOMATICALLY MEMBERS OF GABANJA,  AS SUCH. GABANJA IS OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THEM. ​​​​​​​
